Also known as Reginette or Mafaldine. It’s a flat and wide with wavy edges on both sides. It is prepared similarly to other ribbon-based pasta such as Papadelle and fettuccine.
Also know as Campanelle, this pasta is shaped like a cone with a ruffled edge, or a bell-like flower (Gigli translates as Lily) Served with a thick sauce, or in a casserole.

The Scarletta Lasagne is made from Sloane’s braised dry-aged beef or free-range pork and fresh egg pasta all topped with a selection of cheese.

We produce a range of artisan sauces made with fresh Roma Tomatoes. Our Roma Tomatoes are grown for us in Chiang Mai and left on the vine until extra ripe to give the best flavour and natural sweetness. No sugar or preservatives are added.
